Recipe Sample:

Walnut Encrusted Salmon

Recipe Servings: 4

INGREDIENTS:
4 fillets Wild Salmon
1/4 cup Walnuts
1 tbsp Apple Butter
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp Fresh Thyme
1/4 tsp Black Pepper

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Preheat oven to 450° F. Place walnuts on baking sheet and toast for 5 minutes until lightly browned.

  2. Remove and place in food processor or blender to finely chop walnuts.

  3. Combine apple butter, mustard, pepper and thyme in small bowl. Place salmon fillets on baking dish and brush with apple butter mixture.

  4. Top with toasted walnuts and bake 14 to 15 minutes until salmon flakes.
Serving Size: 4 oz.
